Acțiuni SIPEX COMPANY S.A.

SIPEX made a private placement on the AeRO market by attracting the amount of 10,621,219.84 lei from investors. During the private placement, which started on 10.02.2022, a total of 16,595,656 shares were sold, at a price of 0.64 lei/share. 54 investors participated in this placement, the offer ending on 24.02.2022.

At the same time, the steps and documentation necessary for the admission of Sipex Company S.A. shares were approved. for trading on the multilateral trading system (S.M.T.) administered by Bursa de Valori București S.A. (“BSE”).

SIPEX shares began trading on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange on 3 June 2022 under the symbol SPX. SPX
